Overview Bookings

Below you will find an overview of the current bookings and available times when you can book the apartment.

Prices are per day (minimum stay is three days) and for the complete apartment (please find details on deductions here) and include WiFi, AC, utilities (power, water), towels and beach towels. Please note: we decided against installing coin meters for the AC units. Please use moderately (don’t turn on when arriving and don’t forget to turn off when leaving). We believe that they are a feature to make you enjoy your stay but we would like to keep as small an environmental footprint as possible.

.Additional costs

There is a service charge independent of the duration of your stay. In order to provide a clean apartment, duvets, towels etc. we charge 45,– Euro. When booking directly, there is no surcharge for AirBnB due, please compare.

Deposit

When your booking has been confirmed by us, a 30% deposit is required upfront, the reamining 70% are due no later than the day prior to your arrival. In case of a cancellation, no charges apply when you need to cancel four weeks prior to your stay and the deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations three to one week prior to your arrival are charged at 50,– Euro, the week before you arrive is charged at 50% of the deposit as it will be hard to fill the vacancy on short notice.
