Noise and Disturbance

• Quiet hours shall be defined as starting at 9:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
• Loud music, parties, and other disruptive activities are prohibited.
• Be courteous to neighbors.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Smoking is permitted on balconies or terraces only.

Pets

• Small pets might be permitted after clearance by the apartment owner.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Dogs must carry a muzzle while in the common areas.
• Owners are responsible to remove any leftovers of their animals.

Waste Disposal and Recycling

• Penalties apply for improper waste disposal.
• Waste needs to be separated and disposed of as indicated on the provided trash bins inside the apartment.
• You need to adhere to the schedule for waste collection, no waste must be placed on the kerbside before 6:00 AM and no later than 7:00 AM
• Glass, metal and paper/cardboard might be carried to the collection point close to the Local Council.
