Rules for the apartment

These rules supplement the House Rules for Campo Court and are not to be mistaken as “instead”.

Noise and Disturbance

  • Please refrain from “stomping” on the floor in order to not disturb the people living underneath you.
  • No shouting and yelling or loud music when you are on the balcony.
  • Avoid moving chairs etc. by dragging them, please lift and place them.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-In is from 1:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-Out is no later than 10:00 AM.
  • Please align Check-In and Check-Out with us so we can take proper care of cleaning etc.

Smoking / Vaping

  • Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
  • Smoking and vaping are permitted on the balcony only, doors to the apartment need to be closed at all times when smoking or vaping.
  • Use the available ashtrays when smoking.
  • There is a fine of 1.000,– Euro when smoking or vaping inside the apartment due to required cleaning efforts.

Additional Guests

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
  • All guests need to made know by name to us prior to arrival.
  • No subletting etc. is permitted.
  • The penalty for unauthorized guests is fixed at 135,– Euro per day and person.

Waste Disposal and Recycling

  • When leaving at a date / time when a scheduled waste collection can’t be met please inform us so we can take care of the removal.
  • Firmly close all waste bags to prevent smell etc.

Final Cleaning

  • The apartment must be left tidy and the kitchen clean.
  • There will be an extra charge of 25,– Euro if we need to clean dishes, silverware etc.
  • Final cleaning is included in the service charge of 45,– Euro. This refers to a general cleaning, dirt beyond normal use of an apartment (e.g. soiled towels, stained furniture etc.) will be charged at 25.–/hour for cleaning.

Damage

  • In case of any damage, inform us instantly. Provide a verbal description and picture of the damage via eMail to rental@gozo-apartment.info.
  • If items have been lost (the Inventory will provide an overview), please let us know as soon as you become knowledgeable. Use the eMail above to report this.
  • Damages will be charged at the cost of a professional fixing and will be directly billed to you.

Other Considerations

  • Consider to have sufficient insurance for your personal property.
  • You are, at all times, responsible for your own property. We will not be hold liable for loss or damage of your property.
  • Lock the apartment at all times when leaving.
  • Do not use dishwasher or washing machine while not being present. You are liable for any damage resulting from an unattended use.
